With the partnership of Cheryl Thiele of Creative Art Services, I have been fortunate to create many custom works for public spaces. These are large scale commissions for hospitals where a sense of calm, of quiet, another place, maybe escape, and especially reassurance are the goal. Often there is a link to something familiar from the area and while not matching, the works harmonize with other design elements in the space. Private commissions are also approached with personal attention to detail.
